Kristie Hunt, Owner, established the business in 2006 following a strong desire to create a salon that is unique to Bowling Green. “Panache”, meaning “distinctive and stylish elegance” seemed a fitting name for the business, inspired by the type of atmosphere Kristie was striving to create. Commencing with only four stylists, the salon has flourished into a thriving business with aspirations of being the best in the area. In 2007, Kristie sought to expand the success of “the salon” by creating it’s co-part, “the spa”. Now, with nine stylists, two nail technicians, one esthetician and one massage therapist, Kristie’s vision is complete.

Kristie, along with the title of Panache’s Owner, is licensed through the Kentucky State Board of Cosmetologist as a Stylist and Color Specialist. With over 23 years of experience in the industry, she is well known for her precision haircuts and short, edgy, textured cuts. Working with Goldwell and Matrix Color, Kristie utilizes her personal style to create a customized, flawless look for each of her clients. Dana is a graduate of Heads West Kentucky Beauty College located in Madsionville, Kentucky. She is a Licensed Nail Technician, Independent Contractor, a member of the Kentucky Board of Hairdressers and Cosmetologist, and a member of the International Pedicure Association.
